For seamless synchronization between systems, specific field mappings are established for the account object when validating your Salesforce connector in Account Engagement. Salesforce serves as the default primary system, and on the contact object, this field is identified as Mailing Postal Code in Salesforce.

Similarly, when verifying the Salesforce connector in Account Engagement, certain prospect fields are mapped to lead or contact records for efficient syncing between systems. In most instances, Salesforce functions as the primary system, and on lead objects, this field is referred to as Postal Code in Salesforce.

Administrators and individual users within Account Engagement have the ability to manage time zone, language, and data formats for the user interface (UI) display. Supported languages and locales include English, Japanese, German, Spanish, and French. Account Engagement admins can configure this when creating a user record by going to Account Engagement Setting > User Management Users. Additionally, individual users can control their language and locale settings under Account Engagement Settings > Account Engagement > My Profile.
