  • Blackbaud Enterprise CRM

The Problem:

  • Client needed to enhance their fundraising and development processes by leveraging automation and templates to reduce manual effort and  time and to build stronger and more productive relationships.
  • Donor outreach and tracking became difficult to manage
  • Client selected Blackbaud Enterprise CRM to support their fund raising and relationship management.

The Solution: 

  • Tectonic assisted client with the implementation of Blackbaud Enterprise CRM. Configured the data model to support accounts/contacts, alumni and donors. Developed Giving Management for processing, matching gifts and acknowledgement
  • After the successful implementation, Tectonic provided Blackbaud Managed Services support providing Admin, Troubleshoot/Fix, Enhancement, Testing, and Training services.
