Run a Duplicate Job to find existing duplicate Contacts based on your Matching Rules. How do i check for duplicates in salesforce?
- Click.
- From Setup, enter Duplicate Jobs in the Quick Find box, then click Duplicate Jobs.
- Click New Job.
- Select the Contact object.
- Select the Insights Platform Contact Matching Rule or a custom Matching Rule you created.
