Important Update: Einstein Close Date Predictions Retirement (Spring ’25)
Salesforce will retire Close Date Predictions (part of Einstein Deal Insights in Pipeline Inspection) in Spring ’25. To maintain powerful AI-driven sales forecasting, enable Einstein Opportunity Scoring, which provides:
✅ Probability-to-close predictions
✅ Key factors influencing each opportunity
✅ Seamless integration with Pipeline Inspection
What’s Changing?
- ❌ Close Date Predictions (including the “unlikely to close” indicator and close date field icons) will no longer appear.
- ✅ All other Einstein Deal Insights features (call, email, and service case insights) remain available.
Recommended Action: Switch to Einstein Opportunity Scoring
Most Sales Cloud users already have access—simply:
- Enable Einstein Opportunity Scoring (included with Sales Cloud licenses).
- Add the “Opportunity Score” column to Pipeline Inspection list views.
- View AI-powered insights (progress trends, activity gaps) in the side panel.
