Here are four ways to show your customer service reps that you value their dedication and well-being every day.

Customer Service Week is ainternational event dedicated to recognizing the essential role customer service reps play in delivering excellent customer experiences. With growing demands on reps, including handling more products and increasingly complex cases, it’s important to show appreciation and support. Our research shows that 69% of service leaders say rep attrition is a significant challenge, and more than half of reps experience burnout. Investing in your team can reduce turnover, prevent burnout, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
