Key Features of Einstein Assistant:

  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Einstein Assistant uses generative AI to draft forms, landing pages, email subject lines, headers, and body copy.
  • Content Recommendations: Users can describe their desired outcome, and Einstein Assistant will suggest content tailored to each asset.

Account Engagement Integration:

  • Seamless Integration: Einstein Assistant is integrated with Account Engagement, offering advanced AI capabilities directly within the platform.
  • Availability: These features are accessible in Lightning Experience for Account Engagement Advanced and Premium editions.

Retained Chat History:

  • Asset Editing History: Einstein retains chat history per account, record, and tab, allowing users to review previous edits of assets like emails. However, this history is not available when creating new assets.

  • English Language: Currently, Einstein Assistant supports content creation in English.

Landing Pages:
