Agentforce’s initial suite includes pre-built agents designed for roles like sales representatives, service agents, personal shoppers, and sales coaches. Businesses can also tailor these AI agents to their specific requirements using a low-code builder, ensuring flexibility and rapid deployment.
The platform excels in automating early-stage interactions, such as gathering information or resolving routine issues. It then generates summaries for human agents to review and finalize, allowing employees to focus on higher-value, more rewarding tasks.
Affordable and Scalable
Salesforce announced that pricing for Agentforce’s Service Agent starts at $2 per conversation, making it accessible to a wide range of businesses.
Addressing Consumer Pain Points
In conjunction with the launch, Salesforce shared new research revealing that consumers often spend up to nine hours navigating customer service for a single issue. This frustration frequently results in abandoned purchases and broken relationships.
Agentforce seeks to resolve this by streamlining interactions, reducing resolution times, and delivering consistent, high-quality support experiences.
