To begin utilizing Einstein Conversation Insights:

  1. Go to Setup in Salesforce and search for Einstein Conversation Insights.
  2. Open General Settings and toggle Conversation Insights to “On.”
  3. Monitor the Conversation Insights Readiness indicator, which will confirm when dashboards are ready (this may take a few minutes to process).

Step 2: Assigning Permissions

To grant users access to ECI:

  1. From the General Settings page of Einstein Conversation Insights, click Add Assignment.
